- For accommodations, you can choose from free cancelation, partial cancelation, or non-refundable options. The cancelation policy for each accommodation is clearly stated during the booking process and in your confirmation email. You can also find it in your accommodation provider account on Shakes Travel website – www.shakestravel.com or by contacting the property directly.
- For trips, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 7 days before the start of your trip. If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, you may be charged a cancelation fee by the trip organizer. The cancelation fee will be shown during the booking process and in your confirmation email.
To cancel or modify your booking, you can either do it online through your Shakes Travel or contact our customer service team. We’re available 24/7 to assist you with any questions or issues you may have.
